Walkerville local says Parks Victoria could have removed the debris from the Limeburners walking track in the time it took to print off the ‘trail closed’ signs they erected.

Lime Burners Walk, between Walkerville South and Walkerville North is closed after a landslip as a result of heavy rain last September 2010.
Gerard Delaney, Parks Victoria’s ranger-in-charge if Sough Gippland, said that the path will remain closed until after a safety assessment has been carried out.
New Boating Plan Started
The Gippsland Coastal Board is developing a new Boating Coastal Action Plan. Once the new draft has been prepared it will be placed on this website for public comment.
