Dear Bill,
The WPA would like to take the opportunity to congratulate yourself and the new committee on their appointment for the next three years.We would also appreciate notification of the dates of your meetings that are available for public input at the start of each meeting.
The new management plan was mooted last January 2010 and we would appreciate un update on its current status as well as the outcomes of the consultants work on land scaping and parking near Holt Street,We had no feedback from the consultant on our submissions on this matter.We are aware this area is now gazetted and under the care and management of South Gippsland Shire.
As your committee is probably aware the Limeburners Track between “north” and “south” was closed last September due to the tracks obstruction by a medium sized tree,I have attached a copy of our letter to Parks and wonder whether the WFCM has made any submissions to parks either verbal or formally on this matter.
